The best of Christian movies

I used to do a weekly post on this blog recommending  a movie every weekend. Now that I'm back online I seem to be going back into that habit. I just watched again one of the best Christian movies ever made and surprisingly it is not made by Christians. The lady who directed it actually also directed the film Twilight which is about vampires and werewolves.
This is supposed to be a Christmas movie but I say let's try and have Christmas all year long. This is simply a wonderful movie and I can't recommend it enough.
It's currently being played on YouTube for free and in completeness. So I would suggest you watch it as soon as possible before YouTube decides to delete it.

Let Canada Entertain You on Her Birthday

Since it's Canada's 150th Birthday today and this is a Blog dedicated to Entertainment, I thought I would dedicate a post to The National Film Board of Canada.


The NFB has been funding short filmmaking and creative endeavors that encourage Canadian culture so long and so well that the Academy Awards gave them a special Oscar. 
Short film makers funded by the NFB have won more Academy Awards than from any other country. 

So, to our friends next "door" to us (aka. America))
"Yes. Canada does have a culture uniquely her own and we thank you for noticing."
And BTW, you have a Happy Birthday too.
