As usual, I didn't expect to discover this interesting and entertaining movie. "Turn the Key Softly" is about three women who are released from a London (England) prison on the same day and the following 24 hours of their lives. They each have some difficulty trying to stay away from their former lives and it's much more complex and well acted than I expected it to be.
I was not familiar with any of the actors except for a young Joan Collins who did a very good job of portraying her character, as did all the others.
There is one scene that involves two people who are not married going to bed together but nothing is shown and we just discover the woman in bed afterwards having a discussion with her boyfriend.
On that note, let me remind you that although there is no swearing or scenes of a graphic nature, there are still adult themes involved. And for those of you not familiar with my blog let me remind you of what it takes to make it to this feature.
